Nyborg, Denmark

The easternmost town on the island of Funen, in its western part is connected to Denmark, a well-known tour the Great Belt Bridge. This 700-year-old town is often neglected, preferring nearby Odense, located just 34 kilometers to the west. Take a few hours to inspect the old market square Torvet, created in 1540 and the former venue for the royal game in the XVI century, and a visit to the ancient castle of Nyborg, built in 1170; admire the historic buildings and the oldest public theater of the country (Voldspil Nyborg). The theater put musicals and operetta, and the scene are the ramparts of the castle.
